You Can’t Win If You Don’t Play

I was talking with a friend the other day when the conversation turned to how they used to lack motivation for everything, even change. Â But now they were ready to change. Â Actually they were committed to changing. Â Enough was enough.
That is when it hit me. Â Making a commitment to change and acting on it is like playing a lottery that no one else knows about. (more…)
