Focus On Your Goals

One of the biggest keys on getting free from your Goo is focusing on what you want instead of what you don’t want.  Where you want to go instead of where you don’t want to go.

A great example of this takes place at high performance driving schools where they teach people how to drive race cars.  They do an exercise where an obstacle course is set up and the student will drive through the course with the instructor sitting next to them letting them know when to “turn left, turn right, turn left.”  It never fails that the student will hit one of the obstacles even though the instructor is telling them exactly when to turn so they don’t hit anything. Opening to Abundance

Having a new intention today was a bit challenging.

Keeping the intention of opening to supportive abundance in all areas of my life was new and a bit clumsy.  The guidance I received was to trust.

I think eating consciously and not drinking alcohol will look all woo woo and superior and that others will not like me for it or not be able to relate to me, but that is just fear. (more…)

Stop Pre-Judging

During my meditation recently, I held the intention that I wanted to show up more honestly in my business and life. When I asked what step I could take to help fulfill this intention, I received the answer, “stop pre-judging myself for others.”  As confusing as that may sound to you, it made perfect sense to me.

I have a long history of convincing myself that I know what others will think of something I am considering doing, saying, wearing or whatever.  How arrogant is that? (more…)
